The Best Korean Hydrating Toners for Your Skin Type
Anyone remember the Clinique three-step skincare routine? Cleanse, tone, moisturize? Toning in Western skincare, growing up in the late 90s and early 00’s, meant an astringent, cleansing and oil-removing formula that probably contained alcohol.
This scarred me for life!
